Meet Justin
I started my career back in 2012 as a Trainee Consultant. Back then, I specialised in Subsea Oil & Gas recruitment. Since then, I have diversified my expertise into Offshore Wind, Utility Scale Solar, Software & Automation, and Marine Engineering Markets. As JD Ross Energy now focus solely on renewable energy, I specialise in further developing our operations within the renewable industry.
Right now, I’m responsible for developing relationships with our key clients who require a flexible contract workforce. The team and I place experienced professionals into positions around the globe, delivering both contractors and freelancers to both individual niche/ specialist positions and projects of scale.
