As Sales Director for JD Ross’ European operations I am responsible for ensuring the service we provide to our clients is of the highest quality. I have focussed on the Energy sector since starting my recruitment career in 2011 and quickly developed a genuine passion for the industry. I have a wide breadth of knowledge having led teams across conventional, nuclear and more recently renewable power & utilities. It’s this passion for the industry that I ensure is instilled in all the teams I lead and allows our Consultants to provide invaluable recruitment advice to both clients and candidates.

My belief is that an ever-changing industry requires the same approach to recruitment. We encourage our Consultants to think outside the box, to take innovative approaches to identifying the best talent for our clients or securing a new challenge for a candidate. It’s a great sense of achievement to understand that our business is assisting some of the world’s largest and most prestigious organisations to change the way they work, and the world as a consequence.

Our services cover everything from bespoke executive search campaigns for critical hires to large scale project staffing during peak phases of development, execution or operation. Our Consultants specialise by sector and also the service that they deliver to our clients; they can therefore be truly regarded as an industry expert in terms of both their recruitment skills and their network within the industry.
