Starting on the 1st July 2024, Lucy Ponsonby joins Opus Talent Solutions as the new Chief People Officer (CPO), leading the group's Human Resources (HR) function and people agenda globally. Lucy’s hire marks the organisation's ongoing commitment to a ‘people–first’ culture, supporting continued learning & development and enabling service excellence across Opus’s three core talent solution brands: Opus Recruitment Solutions; JD Ross Energy; and _nology.
Lucy has over 20 years’ experience in HR, specifically in the Recruitment and Talent industry, and joins Opus Talent Solutions from the Rethink Group, where she led the led the global HR function as CPO. Prior to this, she did Human Capital Consulting for Cadence Innova, a Management Consultancy and innovation firm specialising in digital transformation, as well as 14 years in senior global HR leadership roles at AMS, which included leading HR in the UK and the USA, as well as Talent and Performance Management globally.
