Our client is an Energy retailer expanding to the Australian market. They provide energy solutions and generate opportunities to maximise the value of energy generation. They offer generation technology and energy optimisation services.
They are looking for an experienced C&I Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Sales and the delivery of supply related products. The Sales Manager will support the activities of the team in securing new business and renewals. They will provide value to the retail sales team, developing commercial relationships and promoting products.
  • Engaging with Commercial and Industrial customers.
  • Responsibility with contract negotiation, energy pricing and PPA’s.
  • Develop sales strategy and maintain short and long term financial targets and sales data.
  • Support all key staff across the business and develop relationships with stakeholders.
  • Forecasting of gross margins and ensuring all planning and activities align with targets.
  • Engaging with different teams to communicate the development of products and services.
  • Managing new business and renewals.
  • Promoting products and services, developing relationships with stakeholders and identifying new opportunities or threats.
  • Planning, developing and implementing new commercial contracts.
  • Collaborating with other team members to develop products and services, generating new ideas and opportunities.
  • Communicating with stakeholders and TPI’s and presenting at industry events.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills.
  • Knowledge of the Australian energy market and energy pricing.
  • Extensive experience in negotiation and contractual power arrangements.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Have worked within an Australian energy retailer.
  • Knowledge of C&I business processes.
  • Experience in B2B sales, commercial negotiations and regular interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiar with energy supplier operations, energy supply contracts and energy services.
  • Knowledge of power products, suppliers and energy wholesalers in the Australian market.
  • Be able to manage and develop business relationships, present dynamic products and services.
