The company

A fast growing company within the UK Energy market which has doubled its turnover in the last year. Scheduling continued growth, the client is looking to build upon a well-established team. Despite being a smaller company they offer all the financial perks of being at a larger company while enjoying a very sociable culture.

Summary:

The candidate will be overseeing a number of projects and therefore the ability to multi-task and prioritise certain positions and skills is essential. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years’ experience post completing a relatable University Degree with a strong work ethic, highly driven to come in and help drive a growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to create and comment on technical aspects of projects including their compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, commissioning procedures and installation techniques.
  • Speak about drawings for electrical installation.
  • Provide onsite engineering support during installation.
  • Understanding of Government changes related to electrical supply.
  • Undertake continuous professional development.
  • Cary out feasibility studies for new innovations.
  • Drawing plans using engineering and design software for technological innovations.
Desired skills and experience
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience post-graduation.
  • Knowledge surrounding engineering design and construction.
  • Experience with Combined Heat & Power (Not a necessity).
  • Have some knowledge surrounding report writing, energy modelling and solution developing.
  • High organisation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
