JD Ross energy is representing a national leader in construction projects (adoption, design & build) within the District Heating market. The successful candidate will join a well-established – yet growing, district heating team and help manage their portfolios around London.



You will have knowledge surrounding construction projects across multi-utility disciplines. As project manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the project from the adoption process through to construction and eventual handover to asset team.
  • Manage the delivery of district heating projects around London.
  • Manage the relationship between key stakeholders and the wider team throughout the whole project lifespan.
  • Visiting the site during the construction in order to ensure compliance with the Design and company regulations.
  • Ensuring the project is delivered on time and the project objectives are achieved in terms of safety and quality.
  • Keeping project documentation up to date including weekly/monthly project reports, Construction Phase Plan in line with CDM regulation, Management of project budget, produce financial monthly report.

  • Hard working individual with motivation to succeed in a growing business.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing large scale projects.
  • Ability to liaise with the wider team and comfortable leading project meetings.
  • Degree (Or equivalent) in a relatable discipline (E.g. Mechanical, electrical).
  • Knowledge surrounding District Heating projects.
  • Must possess a working VISA and able to work in the UK.
