Our client is a leading energy business in the Australian market, providing energy to commercial and residential clients. They are involved in the entire energy process from production to generation and energy retailing.

They are looking for an experienced solar sales professional to join their energetic team and market leading business. The role drives around providing solutions to SME customers, building customer base, developing channels and identifying new sales opportunities.


  • Managing relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identifying areas for sales opportunities and growth.
  • Developing strategy and communication objectives, and implementing them for retention and profitability.
  • Building sales structure, meeting sales margins and delivering great customer service.
  • Growing the customer base through existing clients and new channel customers.

  • Experience in building new business and managing B2B pipeline.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Minimum 3+ years in the renewable energy industry.
  • Extensive knowledge around the solar industry, solar technologies and renewable energy.
  • Knowledge in the energy industry, preferably solar.
  • Experience in managing customer portfolios in order to drive revenue.
  • Relevant experience in producing sales and revenue forecast, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in SME and C&I.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
