Our client is a market leader in the Australian energy industry. The company is involved in the whole energy process from generation to retailing.

The company is searching for a Business Development Manager to be an integral part of new business development, identifying sales opportunities and selling energy solutions to commercial and big business customers. The Business Development Manager should have experience in commercial solar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate new business, identifying sales opportunities, input sales strategies.
  • Sales to C&I and major customers.
  • Building solution packages for clients, surrounding commercial solar and other products.
  • Creating tenders and PPA agreements for major customers.

 

YOU WILL HAVE:
  • 5+ years B2B sales.
  • Experience in the solar industry.
  • Experience building up a portfolio of new business.
  • Have knowledge surrounding solar projects, tenders, PPA’s and electricity.
  • Hunter mind set.
  • Motivated, persistent and desire to achieve results.
  • Experience in managing customer portfolios in order to drive revenue.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
