The company is looking for a Utility Analyst & Contracts Administrator. The position is to provide administrative and analytical support and be responsible for the management of utility contracts, maintaining contractor relationships, assess pricing and pricing submissions within the electricity and gas space.

  • Analyse contract performance data and provide recommendations to maintain consistency with agreed contractual agreements.
  • In depth analysis of electricity and gas pricing.
  • Manage the supporting administrative duties for the procurement process for contracts, suppliers and tendering activities.
  • Ensure that any contract non-compliance or reporting issues by contractors are rectified in a timely manner.
  • Customer service duties, assisting in presentations, undertaking feedback surveys, providing professional service to external stakeholder and resolving/escalating issues efficiently.
  • Assess data to implement pricing submissions across the energy space, analysing contract performance data.
  • Meet set objectives and KPI’s.
  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Commerce, Contracts, Procurement) or other recognised learning.
  • Experience working in the energy industry, preferably electricity or gas.
  • Well-developed administrative and analytical skills, with a proven track record in achieving results.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant experience in contracts, supply chain or procurement.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
