An international EPC company who specialise across the utility scale solar industry are seeking an experienced O&M Project Manager to join their team in Chile for a permanent role. Our client has an office in Santiago, but is also open to candidates outside of Santiago who would be happy to travel across Chile on occasion to visit the different sites.

As the O&M Project Manager, we are seeking someone with strong management experience who has the ability to manage subcontractors on site, build up teams for new projects and to liaise with the client on a weekly basis for project updates. As the O&M Project Manager you should have experience within operations and maintenance, however could come from a project management background. The successful candidate however must have worked across utility scale solar pv projects and must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Within this role you will also be managing the budget multiple projects and must therefore be able to assess profitability, but also to control costs and provide budget calculations.

Essential skills required:
Must have management experience of subcontractors on site and clients
Must have project management experience
Should have a background within O&M
Must have worked across solar pv projects
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Should have experience preparing and dealing with budgets - assess profitability of projects, control costs
