  • Full-time permanent position
  • 5 days a week in brand new office in Melbourne CBD
  • Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + Super
  • Ideal start date: ASAP/Feb 2023
  • Exciting growing renewables company

Our client is a leading global renewable energy company. Due to increased head-count and a new office they are looking to add an office assistant which will support the office manager in the running of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Ad-hoc administration duties
  • Set up meeting rooms for guests
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of staff members
  • Administrating contracts and managing data
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Organise travel and events for the executive team

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field - Business Adminstration/ HR (preferred)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Pro-active individual excited to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and think on your feet
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience with working with Executives
  • Australian PR or Citizen
