About:
I am representing a large development business with over 2GW of built projects, who are currently looking for a mid-level project developer to join their Dutch team. Active internationally and with an exciting arsenal of projects (BESS, wind, solar), you will have the chance to join a dynamic team.


Your New Role:
This project developer will work on the development of greenfield projects, from initial concept to "Ready to Build". The crucial aspect of this position is the focus on the later stages of development, providing your experience with permitting and guiding the team in that stage of the process.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the later stages of the Dutch projects.
• Responsible for permitting to construction.
• Identifies new project sites and negotiates lease agreements with landowners.
• Evaluates network access options from a technical, legal and commercial perspective.
• Coordinates with external service providers and local partners.
• Assists in business development and networking.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in solar, ideally groundmount, project development.
• Crucial: experience in permitting.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Capability to work independently.
• Native fluency in Dutch.
