Legal Manager

JDRoss are currently supporting one of our clients in the renewable energy space in their search for an legal manager


1. Corporate matters.:
• Drafting of minutes of general assemblies of management board and shareholders, decisions and resolutions of the company’s bodies;
• Maintaining book of minutes of the management board;
• Keeping all the public registers for all the companies up to date, including the court registry and the ultimate beneficial owners’ registry;

2. Commercial Matters:
• Providing legal opinions or preparation of any necessary commercial contracts for all the companies within Power in UK related to development of renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, BEES), including among others real state matters, development matters, procurement matters, etc;

3.. Coordinating all legal due diligence processes carried out by the companies within the Power in UK;

4.. Monitoring of changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and providing in advance appropriate advice on them;

5.. Developing and applying necessary systems that ensure the companies comply with all applicable legal and statutory requirements; as well as implementing of all the Group internal procedures, policies and practices.

6.. International matters: providing support to the rest of the organization on the on-going renewable energy matters, procurement, coordination, etc.

Educational Background Professional Knowledge and Experiences
• Qualified Lawyer
• Experience working as a lawyer being responsible for corporate service of legal entities, as well as commercial contracts related with renewable energy, ideally in multinational company or law office;
• Very good knowledge of corporate and transactional law,
• Good knowledge of energy and administrative law regulations;
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents;
• Experience in interpreting legislation into practical application.
