Senior Sales Manager| Hybrid - 25% in the Office | Germany | Mounting System Manufacturer

JD Ross is currently representing one of the world's leading mounting system manufacturer which is looking for a Key Account Manager in Germany.

You will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets. This position demands a highly motivated and independent individual with excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of the module manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to establish new relationships and partnerships.

Product Knowledge:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our product, their technical specifications, and applications to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing valuable input from the sales perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the PV sector; preferably in a manufacturer.
  • Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product specifications.
