Job Description:
  • Analyse market dynamics and trends in the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems sector.
  • Develop strategic business plans tailored to capitalise on identified opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in targeted segments: EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong partnerships through effective account management.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial bids.
  • Drive contract negotiations to secure favourable outcomes.
  • Oversee project pipelines to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organisation to drive synergy and maximise impact.

  • 3-5 years of proven technical sales experience in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of sales, business development, and account management principles.
  • Technical proficiency in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Energy Storage systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sound legal acumen with proficiency in contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
