  • Vast pipeline of renewable energy assets in development.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee that the Project Management Office is aligned with the business goals and objectives of our client.
  • Developing and overseeing the frameworks, procedures, templates, and tools for Project Governance, Control, and Quality Management within our clients framework.
  • Supervise the execution and upkeep of our clients ISO certification for the Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015).
  • Supervise the management of the Project Governance lifecycle, including stage gate processes, to ensure smooth handover during each project phase.
  • Oversee Project Quality management processes and systems.
  • Oversee quality control of project, steering, and board reporting.
  • Establish and sustain Communities of Practice dedicated to Project Controls, Governance, and Quality, aiming to nurture a collaborative and dynamic culture within our clients framework.
  • Management of the PMO Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee project end of month review processes.
  • Providing mentorship and facilitating the professional development of our clients personnel in project management practices.
  • Engage with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as well as Grid contractors regarding project management aspects.
  • Advise Project Teams on delay and disruption claims.
  • Direct and oversee the activities of a team, offering motivation, encouragement, and developmental opportunities. Address any underperformance matters as needed, in collaboration with the People and Culture department.
  • Contribute strategic insights and leadership as a member of the executive team, influencing decision-making processes that impact the business.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in a senior role.
  • Proven track record in overseeing project quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in assembling and guiding a team compromising diverse professionals.
  • Extensive background in crafting and deploying organsation-wide business processes and protocols, encompassing documentation and training initiatives.
  • Experience developing and implementing Project Management and Controls processes.
  • Understanding of Project cashflow, Earned Value Management, and EAC processes.
