About Us:
JD Ross is currently representing an inverter manufacturer in their search for a Country Manager for the Southern Europe. The business has an office in the Netherlands and is operating throughout the whole Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and business development: Promote the sales of our photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems and micro-inverters in several local countries and achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and mentor local teams of several national sales professionals to ensure they have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the company.
  • Sales system construction: Establish and optimize the sales structure to support efficient and stable sales.
  • Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and mark et insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Sales expertise: Have at least 5 years or more of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters, and have a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
  • Leadership and Management: Effectively manage international teams and have a certain level of cultural understanding of different cultures. Ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic planning: Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Have deep channel management experience and marketing resources;
  • Be proficient in Chinese and English.
