Job Description:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics and trends in the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems sector across the Middle East & Africa region.
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies tailored to leverage identified opportunities and drive growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in targeted segments including EV OEMs, Utilities, and Charging Point Operators.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong partnerships through effective account management practices.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial bids, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Drive contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements.
  • Manage project pipelines to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across the Middle East & Africa region.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive synergy and maximise impact.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated technical sales experience in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales, business development, and account management principles.
  • Technical proficiency in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Energy Storage systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Sound legal acumen with expertise in contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
