JDRoss are currently partnered with an agency who are looking for a financial accountant to join their team in London.

Working with external consultants, you will assist management by managing the preparation & audit of all financial statements for the Group, reporting on the financial performance of the business and be responsible for ensuring that financial processes, systems, & controls are operating effectively.

Essential responsibilities

• This role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
• Ownership of monthly close process.
• Monitoring of monthly P&L.
• Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with external accountants to ensure timely preparation of local and Group accounts.
• Manage external audit process for entities located across the globe.
• Management of all lease agreements for the Group.

Experience and qualifications:

• UK Qualified Accountant with external audit experience. (3-5 years)
• Experience of preparing Financial Statements for UK based entities and Groups (under UK GAAP and/or IFRS).
• Experience of preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
