As the technical lead in our department, you'll specialize in the operation and installation of heat pumps. Your responsibilities include maintaining close communication with installers, conducting on-site inspections, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your passion for sustainability will shine as you educate customers and stay updated on industry developments.

My client is  a leading installer and supplier of renewable energy solutions in the Netherlands. With over 21 years of experience, they specialize in providing solar panels, heat pumps, and air conditioners to residential and commercial clients. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability drives everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop our heat pumps department.
• Maintain daily communication with installers.
• Conduct on-site inspections.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to acquire new customers.
• Manage and expand our customer base.
• Stay updated on product and market trends.
• Expand your network within the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum HBO-level education.
• Extensive knowledge of heat pump operation, installation, and sales.
• Commercially driven with a positive attitude.
• Proactive and communicative.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Affinity with solar power and sustainability preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
