JD Ross Energy has partnered with an innovative global power and renewables company to source an experienced Asset Manager to join their team based in Sydney, NSW. This is an exciting permanent opportunity to manage all Operation and Maintenance dimensions for various renewable assets across NSW.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage, maintain and maximise the performance and value of utility scale assets
• Development of O&M scope, create technical solutions and O&M reporting
• Ensure operations and maintenance performance targets are achieved
• Coordinate with stakeholders and negotiate agreements with third parties
• Supervise staff, O&M contractors and external consultants involved in preparation and execution of the Operation and Maintenance activities across multiple sites
• Prepare monthly budget forecasts

Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering
• Proven experience of supervision and co-ordination of O&M activities
• Experience within the Renewable Energy Industry – wind, solar, HV infrastructure
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Contract management experience
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
• Effective leadership and supervision skills
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
