JD Ross Energy are seeking a highly skilled Transmission Construction Manager for our Australian based Tier one EPC client who is a specialist provider of substation, power transmission and distribution services across Australia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall planning, execution and control of the project construction and installation, overall accountability for site activities including OH&S
• Management of the effective delivery of the project and overview the management of Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Ensure the construction team comply with systems adopted on the project. Assist the Project Manager with forecasting, budget control, program time-line updates, and company procedures/systems
• Provide support and information to the Project Manager on construction related progress and issues

YOU WILL HAVE

• 10+ Years’ T&D Construction Management experience
• Major project experience $20m+
• Experience working on local TNSP projects
• Relevant engineering or electrical trades background
• Demonstrable knowledge and application of construction management methodologies
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills
