• Responsibile for project design management and technical direction throughout the project lifecycle, from bid stage to customer hand-over.
• Analysing customer and project requirements and driving the production of design deliverables.
• Ensuring that designs meet all applicable standards and project specifications.
• Integrating all aspects of design across multiple design entities involved in the project to ensure coordinated outcome.
• Mentoring and technical leadership of the Project Engineers within the Engineering group.
• Supporting the bid team through development of concept designs needed for their pricing activities.

• 10yrs + of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in the delivery of large scale, multidisciplinary designs for substation and line works.
• Experience of working on both Renewables and Utility projects.
• Demonstrated experience performing in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian industry standards.
• High-level of communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor of Engineering.
