They are looking for a manager/director to deliver expert sell side and buy side deal advisory services. You will support the provision of strategic, commercial, sustainability and business advisory services to clients nationally & globally.

Overview:
- Corporate finance, M&S Advisory, transaction services experience
- Experience providing end-to-end sell-side, buy-side and capital raising support, including equity sale execution
- Defining and executing M&A strategies
- 6 years’ experience, ideally in a senior consulting role
- Perth based role
