We’re working with a renowned renewable energy business to find a dynamic and driven Project Developer to lead the development of innovative renewable energy projects across Germany. If you're passionate about sustainability and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the planning and execution of wind, solar, and battery storage projects from concept to approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
• Navigate regulatory frameworks and contribute to permitting strategies.
• Represent the company at community events and stakeholder meetings, occasionally during evenings.

What You Bring:

• A completed university degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Studies, Agricultural Sciences, Renewable Energy, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and persuasive approach.
• Initial experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally in project development for wind, solar, or battery systems.
• Familiarity with planning regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
• Genuine interest in shaping the future of energy through sustainable project development.
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across designated regions in Germany.
