Late‑Stage Project Development
Lead projects from permitting through NTP, ensuring all regulatory, technical, and land requirements are met.Oversee county and state permitting pathways, community interactions, and key external stakeholders.Manage development schedules, budgets, risk registers, and critical path deliverables.Ensure all environmental, engineering, and land/title components are completed and aligned with construction needsLead Siting Strategy in MISO
MISO Interconnection, DPP Execution & Strategy
Serve as the internal lead for MISO Definitive Planning Phase (DPP) activities.DPP study participation (Phase 1 & Phase 2)Model and data submissionsInterconnection study review and interpretationPartner with engineering, legal, and consultants throughout GIA negotiation and execution.Translate study outcomes and upgrade requirements into actionable development decisions and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
7 years of utility‑scale solar development experience.Proven MISO interconnection experience, including participation in DPP and/or later-stage study cycles.Strong background in permitting, interconnection strategy, project scheduling, and risk management.Experience supporting or managing GIA process steps.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to represent the company effectively with MISO, Transmission Owners, permitting bodies, landowners, and community stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a small team of project developers.Provide direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality execution. Read less
