Territory Account Manager

Northern Netherlands | Remote role

We are partnering with a global leader in electrical infrastructure solutions that designs and manufactures products used to connect, protect and power critical electrical systems across commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centres, utilities and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Due to continued growth and a more focused go-to-market strategy, the business is seeking a Sales Manager to take ownership of a well-established region in the Northern Netherlands.

The Opportunity


This is a highly autonomous field-based sales role where you'll be responsible for developing relationships with electrical contractors, installers and project stakeholders across your territory.
 
You'll work with market-leading solutions covering:
Power connectionsGrounding and earthing systemsLightning protectionElectrical infrastructure productsInstallation and mechanical support systems 
Projects can range from commercial buildings and industrial facilities through to data centres, energy storage projects, utility infrastructure and large public-sector developments.
 
What You'll Be Doing
Growing existing customer relationships across the regionIdentifying and winning new business opportunitiesWorking closely with contractors and installers involved in major projectsDriving product specification with key stakeholdersManaging a territory with significant freedom and ownershipLeveraging marketing leads and project information to generate revenue growthDeveloping opportunities from initial project identification through to order placement 
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with commercially driven sales professionals who understand the electrical or mechanical contracting ecosystem.
Ideal experience includes:
Selling through or to contractors/installersUnderstanding project-based sales environmentsBuilding relationships with decision makersManaging a territory independentlyDutch fluency and strong English communication skillsTechnical understanding of electrical or electromechanical products

Your Responsibilities

Missions Principales
Assurer la gestion technique globale des projets dans les domaines des travaux de voirie et de fondations, de la construction des réseaux câblés (E-BoP), des travaux de Balance of Plant (BoP) ainsi que du support au montage et à la mise en service des éoliennes fournies par les OEM.Démontrer une forte culture HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement) et garantir le respect des réglementations nationales en matière de sécurité du personnel, de gestion des déchets et d’environnement.Développer un réseau de prestataires BoP et constituer un panel d’entreprises qualifiées pour les différents lots de travaux liés à la construction des parcs éoliens.Apporter un support technique aux équipes internes de développement sur les sujets liés au BoP et à la construction des éoliennes.Piloter la planification opérationnelle, rédiger les descriptifs de prestations, établir les métrés (BOQ), gérer les appels d’offres, ainsi que le suivi des facturations et la réception des travaux BoP après leur réalisation.Élaborer et suivre les plannings de projets.Assurer la gestion et le contrôle de la documentation projet et construction pour les projets éoliens.Piloter les sujets liés à la qualité et à la gestion des réclamations (claims).Obtenir les autorisations nécessaires pour les traversées de routes, cours d’eau et canalisations.Maintenir des relations étroites avec les partenaires et clients nationaux et internationaux.

5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, avec une responsabilité sur des lots C-BoP (génie civil), E-BoP (électrique).Solides compétences en management HSE, reporting sécurité, analyse des causes racines (RCA) et mise en œuvre d’actions d’amélioration continue en matière de sécurité.Expérience en tant que Project Manager ou Site Manager sur des projets de construction de parcs éoliens, en France ou à l’international.Formation supérieure en génie civil ou génie électrique, ou qualification équivalente de technicien/ingénieur spécialisé en construction.Expertise en planification de projet, prévision budgétaire, analyse des risques et élaboration de budgets.Connaissances en ingénierie des fondations et en géotechnique/mécanique des sols.Bonne connaissance des réglementations applicables aux travaux de construction et aux lots BoP.Maîtrise des outils MS Office et MS Project. As a Senior Project Developer, you'll be at the forefront of developing solar park projects and innovative storage solutions.
