Un acteur européen des énergies renouvelables recrute un·e Construction Project Manager afin de coordonner la construction et les travaux d’infrastructures de plusieurs projets éoliens terrestres en France.
 
Missions Principales
Assurer la gestion technique globale des projets dans les domaines des travaux de voirie et de fondations, de la construction des réseaux câblés (E-BoP), des travaux de Balance of Plant (BoP) ainsi que du support au montage et à la mise en service des éoliennes fournies par les OEM.Démontrer une forte culture HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement) et garantir le respect des réglementations nationales en matière de sécurité du personnel, de gestion des déchets et d’environnement.Développer un réseau de prestataires BoP et constituer un panel d’entreprises qualifiées pour les différents lots de travaux liés à la construction des parcs éoliens.Apporter un support technique aux équipes internes de développement sur les sujets liés au BoP et à la construction des éoliennes.Piloter la planification opérationnelle, rédiger les descriptifs de prestations, établir les métrés (BOQ), gérer les appels d’offres, ainsi que le suivi des facturations et la réception des travaux BoP après leur réalisation.Élaborer et suivre les plannings de projets.Assurer la gestion et le contrôle de la documentation projet et construction pour les projets éoliens.Piloter les sujets liés à la qualité et à la gestion des réclamations (claims).Obtenir les autorisations nécessaires pour les traversées de routes, cours d’eau et canalisations.Maintenir des relations étroites avec les partenaires et clients nationaux et internationaux. 
Profil recherché
5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, avec une responsabilité sur des lots C-BoP (génie civil), E-BoP (électrique).Solides compétences en management HSE, reporting sécurité, analyse des causes racines (RCA) et mise en œuvre d’actions d’amélioration continue en matière de sécurité.Expérience en tant que Project Manager ou Site Manager sur des projets de construction de parcs éoliens, en France ou à l’international.Formation supérieure en génie civil ou génie électrique, ou qualification équivalente de technicien/ingénieur spécialisé en construction.Expertise en planification de projet, prévision budgétaire, analyse des risques et élaboration de budgets.Connaissances en ingénierie des fondations et en géotechnique/mécanique des sols.Bonne connaissance des réglementations applicables aux travaux de construction et aux lots BoP.Maîtrise des outils MS Office et MS Project. La connaissance d’ORCA, AVAPlan et des logiciels de CAO/DAO (CAD) serait un plus.Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.Connaissance des procédures de dépôt et d’instruction des demandes d’autorisation de construire. The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue across the UK. Working closely with senior leadership and technical teams, you will play a key role in developing the commercial landscape for the company.
 
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure new commercial and industrial customersBuild and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across the renewable energy sectorLead negotiations and commercial discussions through to contract awardMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry contactsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunitiesCollaborate with technical, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomesAccurately forecast revenue and provide regular pipeline reportingRepresent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities 
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales, doesn't have to directly be within the renewable sector.Demonstrable success delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.Someone willing to drive and grow the business across the UK.

JDRoss have partnered with a well-established, family-run corporate group with over 25 years of success in sustainable energy. With operations across Germany, Austria, and Italy, they combine tradition with innovation to drive the energy transition forward.

They specialise in the development and operation of PV plants, as well as energy storage systems with between 30-40 projects in their pipeline in Austria alone.

As a Senior Project Developer, you'll be at the forefront of developing solar park projects and innovative storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead presentations, negotiations, and discussions with landowners, authorities, and municipalities.
Create project plans and manage project timelines.
Prepare and submit permit applications and environmental assessments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to secure project approvals.
What You Bring:
Degree in Renewable Energy or a related field.
Proven experience in project development within Austria.
Strong understanding of project finance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Fluency in German and English.
Willingness to travel across Austria.

What's on Offer:
Up to €90,000 base salary, dependent on experience.
