Ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und Energiespeichersysteme sucht einen erfahrenen Programmdirektor (m/w/d) zur Leitung eines Portfolios aus groß angelegten Infrastruktur-, Technologie- und Energieprojekten.
Dies ist eine strategische Führungsposition an der Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und Projektorganisation. Die erfolgreiche Person stellt sicher, dass Unternehmensziele effizient in operative Programme und Projekte umgesetzt werden und übernimmt die übergeordnete Verantwortung für deren erfolgreiche Durchführung.
Die Rolle erfordert eine unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit mit umfassender Erfahrung im Management komplexer Programme in den Bereichen Energie, Infrastruktur, EPC, Industrie oder Technologie. Als zentrale Verbindung zwischen Geschäftsführung und Projektteams sorgen Sie für Transparenz, Governance, Ressourcensteuerung, Risikomanagement und erfolgreiche Projektergebnisse.


Die Position:

Als Programmdirektor verantworten Sie den gesamten Programmlebenszyklus von der strategischen Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Übergabe. Sie führen mehrere Projekte und Programme gleichzeitig und stellen sicher, dass geschäftliche, finanzielle und operative Ziele erreicht werden.

Diese Position eignet sich für Persönlichkeiten, die strategisches Denken auf Vorstandsniveau mit fundierter Programm- und Projektmanagementexpertise verbinden. Sie beeinflussen wichtige Unternehmensentscheidungen, unterstützen das Wachstum der Organisation und tragen maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung der Projekt- und Programmmanagementkultur bei.
Ihre Aufgaben

Strategische Führung:
Ableitung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in konkrete Programme und Initiativen.Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Erreichung von Wachstums- und Unternehmenszielen.Sicherstellung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vertrieb, Engineering, Betrieb, Einkauf und Projektmanagement.Beratung hinsichtlich Priorisierung, Ressourcenallokation und strategischer Planung.
Programm- & Portfoliomanagement:
Leitung eines Portfolios komplexer Projekte und Programme.Etablierung von Governance-Strukturen, Berichtswegen und Standards.Überwachung von Budget, Zeitplan, Ressourcen, Risiken und Meilensteinen.Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung hinsichtlich Qualität, Sicherheit und Kundenzufriedenheit.Management von Abhängigkeiten und Koordination verschiedener Unternehmensbereiche.
Führung & Teamentwicklung:
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Programm- und Projektmanagern.Förderung einer leistungsorientierten und kollaborativen Unternehmenskultur.Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und Best Practices.Aufbau und Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams.
Stakeholder Management:
Hauptansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung in allen programmrelevanten Themen.Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.Leitung von Steering Committees, Programmreviews und Management-Meetings.Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation über alle Unternehmensebenen hinweg.
Risiko- & kaufmännisches Management:
Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Programmrisiken.Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasts und finanzielle Performance.Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Verpflichtungen und Kundenanforderungen.Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Programme und Projektportfolios in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:Erneuerbare EnergienBatteriespeichersysteme (BESS)Energieerzeugung und EnergieverteilungVersorgungsunternehmen (Utilities)InfrastrukturprojekteIndustrielle FertigungEPC-ProjektgeschäftNachweisbare Erfahrung im Management mehrerer Projekte und Programme gleichzeitig.Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Vertrags-, Budget- und Stakeholdermanagement.Erfahrung in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführungen, Vorständen oder C-Level-Stakeholdern.
