Location: Hybrid – Newbury, Nuneaton or Leeds (2–3 days per week)
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Specialist to join a growing AI Enablement function within a security-focused technology environment. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, and governing Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions across multiple business units.
The successful candidate will work closely with both cybersecurity teams and internal business functions including Finance, Sales, and Marketing to identify operational pain points and develop AI-driven solutions, agents, and automations that improve efficiency, security, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisationBuild and manage custom AI agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologiesDevelop automations using Power Automate and PowerAppsPartner with cybersecurity teams to build AI-enabled tools supporting areas such as penetration testing and security operationsWork with internal departments to identify business challenges and implement AI solutionsDeliver user training and adoption programmes to ensure effective and secure use of AI toolsImplement governance controls including Purview sensitivity labels, DLP policies, SharePoint permissions, and Entra ID conditional accessProduce clear technical and user documentationSupport wider AI governance initiatives aligned with ISO27001 and ISO42001 standardsRequirements
Proven experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot within enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power PlatformGood understanding of Microsoft Purview, DLP, and compliance toolingKnowledge of Entra ID and AI security governanceUnderstanding of GDPR and AI governance best practicesExperience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong communication and training delivery skillsUnderstanding of ISO27001 and ISO42001 frameworksRight to work in the UKDesirable Skills
Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAIPowerShell or Python scripting experienceExperience within regulated or security-sensitive environmentsRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-900, Applied Skills certifications)SC clearance or willingness to undergo vettingBenefits
