Legal Counsel
Specialising in Real Estate and Contract Law — Part-Time
To support our clients team team, we are looking for a pragmatic and confident legal professional with strong negotiation skills who will independently manage and advance our day-to-day contractual matters.
Your Responsibilities
Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex option agreements, lease agreements, easement agreements and other commercial contracts.Notarial and Land Registry Matters: Managing and coordinating notarial appointments, monitoring land registry entries and overseeing all related registration procedures.Comprehensive Legal Advice: Acting as the primary point of contact for management and specialist departments on general legal matters affecting the company.Risk Management and Monitoring: Assessing legal risks arising from day-to-day business operations and monitoring deadlines and obligations under existing contracts.External Legal Partners: Managing and collaborating with external law firms and notaries on specialised legal matters.
Your Profile
Qualifications: A successfully completed degree in law, business law or a comparable qualification.Professional Experience: Relevant professional experience in contract drafting and negotiation, ideally with in-depth knowledge of property, lease and real estate law.Practical Expertise: Proven experience working with notaries and land registry authorities.Working Style: An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong understanding of commercial considerations and a hands-on mindset.Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills, assertiveness and the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to non-lawyers.
