Ready to play a key role in shaping the future of clean energy while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance?
We are working with a rapidly growing renewable energy developer focused on delivering utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Europe. With an ambitious growth strategy and expanding international portfolio, they are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support the safe delivery of major renewable energy projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and industry best practicesConducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety evaluationsMonitoring contractors and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance throughout project executionSupporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actionsDriving a strong safety culture through site engagement and awareness initiativesCollaborating closely with project teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain the highest safety standards on siteSupporting continuous improvement of HSE procedures, systems, and performance reporting
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical disciplineMinimum 4 years of HSE experience within construction environmentsRenewable energy experience (Solar PV, BESS, or Wind)Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislationExperience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systemsFluent Italian and good English language skills
