We are working with a rapidly growing renewable energy developer focused on delivering utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Europe. With an ambitious growth strategy and expanding international portfolio, they are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support the safe delivery of major renewable energy projects.

With an ambitious growth strategy and expanding international portfolio, they are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support the safe delivery of major renewable energy projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and industry best practices
- Conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety evaluations
- Monitoring contractors and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance throughout project execution
- Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Driving a strong safety culture through site engagement and awareness initiatives
- Collaborating closely with project teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain the highest safety standards on site
- Supporting continuous improvement of HSE procedures, systems, and performance reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 4 years of HSE experience within construction environments
- Renewable energy experience (Solar PV, BESS, or Wind)
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Fluent Italian and good English language skills
