Our client, an EPC, is seeking a Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from planning through completion, overseeing the delivery of complex energy and infrastructure initiatives. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Hybrid and remote working options are available, with occasional travel required.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and work scopes.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.Support proposal development and vendor/subcontractor selection processes.Manage permitting, compliance, and project documentation.Oversee contractors and project execution to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are met.Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Required Experience & Skills5+ years of project management experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and permitting activities.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.Preferred AttributesProactive and solutions-oriented approach.Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.High level of ownership, accountability, and client-facing professionalism.
