Project Manager

Our client, an EPC, is seeking a Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from planning through completion, overseeing the delivery of complex energy and infrastructure initiatives. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Hybrid and remote working options are available, with occasional travel required.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and work scopes.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
- Support proposal development and vendor/subcontractor selection processes.
- Manage permitting, compliance, and project documentation.
- Oversee contractors and project execution to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are met.
- Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and permitting activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and client-facing professionalism.
