Our Client is one of the world’s leading specialists in renewable energies. Their business activities are mainly focused in Solar due to the growth within the industry - Utility-scale, Commercial & Industrial, this being said they are looking to expand their solar projects across Australia in their new SYDNEY/MELBOURNE Offices.


As a result of their expanision across Australia, they are looking to hire a Solar Project Developer for their Sydney/Melbourne offices to help grow, develop and manage projects in a new Lead role for their office.


  • Meet sales targets, develop sales plans, develop new and existing key accounts and commercial objectives and execute the plans.
  • Manage the relationships with all national customers who shall be EPCs, Project Developers, Fund Managers, IPPs, and other stakeholders such as Engineering Consultants, Utilities and Government Agencies, and Lenders.
  • Pull in the resources to lead and prepare proposals and revise and negotiate the offers and contracts.
  • Applies excellent market knowledge and account management skills necessary for dealing with specific, high-level target audiences, and knowledge of project development (PPA, licenses, dealing with the lenders, and consultants) in a project finance environment.


  • Bachelor’s or higher (preferred majors includes electrical engineering, civil engineering, business administration, finance/investment)
  • Min 6 years of solar industry business development experiences 
  • Excellent communication in both verbal and written )
  • Demonstrated leadership experience 
  • Communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
