Site Construction Manager

$160-180,000 + Full Employee Benefits

  • Promote site safety and safety walks including safety audits to be conducted in a timely manner
  • Ensure Subcontractors registering hours including subcontractors utilising IMS
  • Comply with legal requirements, construction and safety codes, and other regulations
  • Responsible for implementing Health & Safety rules for the client and Subcontractor on site
  • Ensure all inducted and Site compliant EHS
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Responsible for first notification of NCR and implementation of needed actions to solve issues
  • Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
  • Execute project ensuring it meets agreed specifications, budgets and time
  • Daily management and progressing of site activities in cooperation with internal and external resources ensuring time schedule from site establishment to turbine/plan test completion
  • Actively ensure MSI's and resources delivered onsite and on time
  • Follow-up on delivery schedules and shipping coordination, control, registration approval of arriving goods, and goods received note
  • Maintain and improve Primavera rate of Installation
  • Establish site and prepare sites prior to the start of construction work
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager
  • Wind Industry experience preferred
  • Extensive experience leading large projects
  • Advanced IT skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Project user or key user
  • Extensive experience in management of contract, safety, cost, time and quality
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Commercial Acumen
