- Manage development for new and existing Utility-scale solar and BESS in ERCOT
- Work full life-cycle of projects from site selection to construction
- Manage zoning and permitting efforts with local and regional government bodies
- Manage third party consultants via formal RFP responses
- Develop target scope of work for a cross-functional team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Strong knowledge of the solar and BESS with 3-5 years of project development
- Self-motivate and able to both lead and take direction
- Have a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills
