Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Construction Manager by helping build and maintain short‑term schedules, ensuring weekly updates align with overall project timelines.
  • Coordinate daily field activities, acting as the connection point between subcontractors, engineers, and project leadership to keep work aligned with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Oversee on‑site operations, ensuring safety compliance, resolving issues quickly, and keeping project progress on track.
  • Assist with contract administration, owner communication, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, external resources, and field logistics to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot challenges, and support smooth project execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, commissioning, and field execution.
  • 5 years of experience in large commercial renovations or distributed energy / DER‑type projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, codes, and technical project documents.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems in commercial or institutional facilities.
  • Confident decision‑maker with the ability to balance cost, schedule, and operational impacts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • OSHA‑30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
