Un acteur innovant du secteur énergétique, positionné sur les infrastructures de flexibilité, renforce ses équipes en France et recrute un.e Chef.fe de Projet Construction spécialisé.e en stockage d’énergie, afin d’accompagner la mise en œuvre de projets en forte croissance.

Missions principales
  • Piloter les projets de stockage d’énergie en phase d’exécution, de la décision d’investissement jusqu’à la réception des installations.
  • Coordonner les activités d’ingénierie détaillée en lien avec les bureaux d’études, intégrateurs, fournisseurs et partenaires techniques.
  • Assurer la production, la revue et la conformité des livrables techniques (plans, schémas électriques, notes de calcul, documents d’exécution, plannings…).
  • Gérer les interfaces techniques entre les différents lots projet (BESS, raccordement électrique, génie civil, SCADA, EMS…).
  • Participer aux échanges avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants, et contribuer aux phases de négociation et de contractualisation.
  • Piloter les achats critiques et sécuriser les approvisionnements en anticipant les contraintes de planning.
  • Superviser la réalisation des projets sur site, en garantissant le respect des objectifs de planning, budget, qualité et sécurité.
  • Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes (entreprises, partenaires techniques, exploitants, gestionnaires de réseau).
  • Mettre en place et animer la gouvernance projet (réunions, reporting, suivi des risques).
  • Préparer et suivre les étapes de mise en service et de réception des installations (tests, levée des réserves, DOE).
  • Assurer le suivi des engagements fournisseurs pendant la période de garantie.

Profil recherché
  • Formation Bac 5.
  • Expérience d'au moins 4 ans en gestion de projets dans des environnements énergie, infrastructures ou industriels, avec une exposition à la phase d’exécution.
  • Solide maîtrise du pilotage de projets (planning, budget, risques) et de la coordination d’acteurs multiples.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux d’ingénierie, de procurement et d’exécution contractuelle.
  • Bon niveau de français et d’anglais professionnel.
  • Esprit structuré, capacité d’anticipation, et aisance dans des environnements dynamiques.
  • Mobilité ponctuelle requise pour des déplacements sur site.
